At Ergolavos LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality asphalt striping, ADA-compliant markings, and pavement services. Due to the nature of our work and materials used, the following refund policy applies:
Refund Policy - the basics
1. Deposits & Scheduling
*A non-refundable deposit (typically 25%-50%) is required to secure your project date.
*This deposit covers scheduling, mobilization, and material preparation costs.
*If a project is cancelled by the customer within 48 hours of the scheduled services, the deposit may be partially credited toward a future service at our discretion.
2. Completed Work
* Once services have been completed and approved on-site, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
*By approving the work, the customer acknowledges satisfaction with layout, placement, and scope.
3. Quality Guarantee (Correction Policy)
*If there is a legitimate workmanship issue (e.g., incorrect layout, missed markings, or failure to meet agreed specifications), we will:
*Inspect the issue within 3-5 business days, and
*Provide Corrections at no extra cost if the issue falls within our responsibility.
*This guarantee does not apply to:
*Normal wear and Tear
*Damage from traffic, weather, or third parties
*Pre-existing surface conditions (cracks, oil stains, poor asphalt conditions)
4. Weather & Surface Conditions

Asphalt marking performance depends heavily on weather and surface conditions.

If work must be postponed due to rain, moisture, or unsafe conditions, we will reschedule at no extra charge.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by weather.
5. Custom & ADA Compliance Work

ADA-compliant markings are completed according to the agreed layout and measurements provided or approved by the customer.

Because these are custom services, they are non-refundable once completed.

We recommend customers verify all layouts prior to approval.
6. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may qualify for a partial refund of payments made beyond the deposit.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and possible additional fees.
7. Refund Eligibility (If Applicable)
Refunds will only be considered if:

The service was not performed, OR
-
There is a verified failure to deliver agreed services, and corrections cannot be reasonably completed
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–10 business days
